King's College London will not charge tuition fees (unless there are extra costs associated with your programme, e.g. lab fees) for visiting students coming as part of a formal exchange programme such as Erasmus+. You may be expected to pay your usual tuition fees to your home institution but please check with them in the first instance.

Tuition fees for non-exchange students are usually billed after you have arrived, for in October for September entry (Autumn Semester or Full Year) and January for January entry (Spring Semester). Please see Student Fees Hub link above (Semester 2 only students should look at Mid Sessional Starters) For specific queries on invoicing please contact credit.control@kcl.ac.uk.

Tuition and accommodation fees may be paid by a variety of methods: see the King's Fee Payment terms and conditions for details. Payment should only be made once an invoice has been received. All bank charges must be paid by the party responsible for paying for the fees. Please see details in Student Fees Hub link above
