Please refer to the Academic calendar for exact teaching dates and exam periods.

1 Please note that applications submitted before the deadline which fulfil our entry requirements are not guaranteed to be offered a place; they may be made unsuccessful due to limited capacity on our Study Abroad programmes.

2 You will need to have received and accepted an offer before you can apply for Residences.

3 Please note that students are expected to remain in London up until (and including) the last day of the examination period. Alternative assessment will not be offered to students who wish to leave London before this date. Exams timetables are normally released in March.

4 End of classes. Online Exams/Assessments may be scheduled in January, but you do not need to be in London after this date.

5 If staying in a King's residence, please note that contracts run up until these dates and must be paid for in full, even if you depart earlier.

Accommodation advice

If you wish to arrive earlier than the official move in date, please contact the residence to which you have been allocated to make enquiries; bookings will be subject to availability. If you intend to arrive after the official move-in date, please ensure you advise your residence of your intended arrival date in advance.

Please note that the second semester (Spring) is longer than the first semester (Autumn) because it is linked to the Examinations term. Students are expected to be in attendance for the whole period. This is particularly important to note in relation to accommodation contracts and fees.
