Credit level 4, 5 or 6

This course is broadly equivalent to A2 Basic User, Waystage Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Semester 2: This module is available for students who are here for the full year or Semester 2 only.

Students will receive a language ability assessment on arrival before they are officially enrolled.

Assessment details

Written examination/s;Oral examination/s

Oral exam (40%), 2-hour written exam (60%)

Semester 2: Students here for the Full year/Semester 2 only will undertake all assessments according to the module syllabus.

Teaching pattern

2x2 hour & 1x1 hour language classes per week (5 hours per week for 10 weeks)
