The Department of Engineering is growing. We are building a community of engineering researchers at the heart of the Strand Campus.
We focus on both discovery research and applied research, leveraging the synergies between conventional engineering and leading-edge technologies to solve the problems of today and those we face tomorrow. Our research supports global challenges and national prosperity, helping to make the world a better place and improve people’s lives.
We work in partnership with colleagues at King’s and other universities across the country and the world on wide-ranging collaborations, with arts and humanities, law, healthcare, social sciences, as well as policy makers, cultural partners, and industry.
