ITC measures heat released or absorbed during biochemical binding events to calculate binding affinity, stoichiometry, enthalpy and entropy in a single experiment. We offer three instruments for ITC: MicroCal PEAQ ITC, MicroCal PEAQ ITC Automated and MicroCal iTC200. All these instruments offer a wide affinity range combined with excellent signal to noise and fast response times with samples of low volume. The next generation software of the MicroCal PEAQ ITC  makes easy work of the measurement process and analysis, and the MicroCal PEAQ ITC Automated provides the convenience of unattended operation with the capacity to fun four 96-well plates simultaneously.

iTC200

The MicroCal iTC200 is a highly sensitive, low volume isothermal titration calorimeter for the label-free in solution study of biomolecular interactions. It delivers direct measurement of all binding parameters in a single experiment and can analyse weak to high affinity binders, using as little as 10 µg sample.

PEAQ-iTC

Malvern MicroCal PEAQ ITC measures heat released or absorbed during biochemical binding events to calculate binding affinity, stoichiometry, enthalpy and entropy in a single experiment. MicroCal PEAQ ITC offers a wide affinity range combined with excellent signal to noise, fast response times, low sample consumption and automated maintenance processes. The next generation software makes easy work of the measurement process and analysis.

PEAQ-iTC Automated

The MicroCal PEAQ-ITC Automated is a configurable, low volume, highly sensitive isothermal titration calorimeter which offers the convenience of unattended operation with the capacity to fun four 96-well plates simultaneously. It delivers direct, label-free in solution measurement of all binding parameters in a single experiment.
