Battersea

About

*New for September 2024*

The Battersea neighbourhood has seen a huge scale of development in recent years, making this thriving and exclusive corner of London an ideal spot for students. With a zone 1 tube station just minutes from the front door, the beautiful Battersea Park nearby, and plenty of hospitality, retail and leisure activities on your doorstep, Battersea has been described as “as one of the most exciting and innovative mixed-use neighbourhoods in the world”. Discover Electric Boulevard for all your fashion, food, and drink, and Circus West Village for your arts, culture, shopping and entertainment, from high-end brands to brand new boutiques. In the heart of this stunning neighbourhood sits the Grade II* listed Battersea Power Station, which houses the American multinational technology company, Apple‘s London headquarters, as well as a huge array of places to eat, drink, work, and play, putting our newest accommodation in one of the city’s most highly sought-after locations.

Providing a sector leading energy efficient building, with incredible views of London and easy, direct access into town, Battersea is not to be missed. It’s also a building leading the charge for sustainability through its Passivhaus construction, which will deliver a living environment offering controlled air temperature across the year, using less carbon and 90% less energy for its operations. If you care about the environment and making a difference, then this accommodation, with its zero net carbon operational emissions, is one for you.

Battersea is a world-famous destination, so don’t miss your chance to live in this exciting new neighbourhood.

This residence is open to postgraduate as well as undergraduate students.
