Our 3-beds offer a kitchen and two bathrooms shared between only two other flatmates, while the 4-beds offer a modern room with washbasin, sharing two bathrooms and a kitchen with just three other flatmates.

As some bedrooms are sold directly by Urbanest, this residence also offers the opportunity to broaden your horizons and network with students from other London universities. Please be aware that King’s students will be located in exclusively King’s flats within the residence.

Only King’s postgraduate students will have access to the GradPlus programme.
