This property is a high-spec residence in the historic City of London, where the famous Roman London Wall is incorporated into the architecture. If you're looking for the City experience at a lower price, we offer a selection of great value lockable non-ensuite rooms to suit all your needs. Our 3-beds offer a kitchen and two bathrooms shared between only two other flatmates, while the 4-beds offer a modern room with washbasin, sharing two bathrooms and a kitchen with just three other flatmates.

As some bedrooms are sold directly by Urbanest, this residence also offers the opportunity to broaden your horizons and network with students from other London universities. Please be aware that King’s students will be located in exclusively King’s flats within the residence.

Only King’s postgraduate students will have access to the GradPlus programme.

Please be aware that building works will be taking place near this residence. Though we expect some noise disruption, we will do our very best to keep the impact on our residents to a minimum.
