Please be aware that this residence will be undergoing essential maintenance works to external areas throughout 24/25. This will require erecting scaffolding outside the building. Though there will be some noise disruption, we will do our very best to keep the impact on our residents to a minimum.

Due to this work, a discount of £35 per week will be applied to your termly invoice for the duration of the project.
