Our Employment Clinic is now closed as we are fully booked until the summer. The clinic will be open for new enquiries again in September 2023.
King's Employment Clinic is a free advice only legal service providing employment support. King's Law students are supervised by specialist lawyers from our partner law firm, PwC UK, as well as the Clinic's own staff.
What issues can King's Employment Clinic help with?
We can offer employees advice on a range of employment law issues including, unpaid wages, reduction of wages, unfair dismissal, redundancy, health and safety, whistle blowing, trade union rights and discrimination.
Please note we cannot provide employment law advice to employees of King's College London.
Our Employment Law Clinic is supported by lawyers from PwC UK and other specialist employment lawyers.
What type of service is offered by the Clinic?
We can only offer help where you have been booked in for an appointment with the clinic and will provide a one-off letter of advice. Please note we cannot provide ongoing representation and/or represent you in court.
What days is the Clinic available for appointments?
The majority of our appointments are on Thursday evenings.
