King's Employment Clinic
King's Employment Clinic is a free advice-only service providing employment support. King's Law students are supervised by specialist employment lawyers.
What issues can King's Employment Clinic help with?
We can offer advice to employees and former employees on a range of employment law issues, including unpaid wages, reduction of wages, unfair dismissal, redundancy, health and safety, whistleblowing, trade union rights, and discrimination.
Please note we cannot provide employment law advice to employees of King's College London. We may also not be able to advise on complex cases already in Tribunal proceedings.
What type of service is offered by the Clinic?
This is an appointment-only service. We aim to offer appointments virtually, but where appropriate, we may conduct an appointment face-to-face.
After the appointment, we will provide a one-off letter of advice. Please note we cannot provide ongoing representation and/or represent you in court. We also cannot advise in cases where there is an urgent deadline.
What days is the Clinic available for appointments?
The Employment Clinic offers appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
