How we can help
Our staff are here to help you make the best use of the services and resources available in our libraries and online.
Staff in the library can offer assistance with using library facilities, basic IT advice and advice about how to access online resources.

We also offer interactive KLaSS e-learning courses on KEATS focusing on literature searching and bibliographic software as well as a number of self-help library subject guides to help you navigate around our libraries and online services. KLaSS face-to-face workshops are also available during term time.
Student Services
Student Servies provide a cross-campus support for all offer holders, current and former students of King's College London.
Our Student Support Officers provide you with the practical support and information you need to navigate though your studies and any personal issues that may arise.
Based in four libraries across all campuses and accessible in-person, online and by phone, our purpose is to make your time at King's as unburdened and enriching as possible.
IT enquiries
Library Services staff provide basic IT advice or you can contact the IT Service Desk which is the primary point of contact for help with using the IT services at King's.
The IT service desk is open 24/7,every day of the year.

Estates & Facilities
Building Maintenance (including temperature and pest control) is dealt with by our Estates and Facilities colleagues. Please refer to their help desks and online forms
