Computational neuroscience and analytics

We want to understand the structure of the brain, how different regions are connected and the effect of any changes to these connections. We lead the world in imaging and analysis and are continuously innovating and developing novel approaches in all areas of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and analysis. MRIs can show structure, function, or connections, and improvements in analysis continue to make real differences for patients.

In contrast, computer modelling enables us to investigate the effects of changing a single factor. We use computers to predict and analyse how our brains work to gain insights into this exquisitely complicated organ.
