Department of Cancer Biology

The Cancer Biology Programme is aimed at understanding fundamental mechanisms of cancer cells and their microenvironment with the goal of applying this knowledge to patient care by identifying new therapeutic targets and additional patient stratification methods.  The programme brings together cancer biology researchers from the Comprehensive Cancer Centre, and members of other Departments and KHP clinicians who have an interest in cancer biology and so are affiliated with this programme
