The group approaches the study of politics and economics from critical cultural perspectives including, but not limited to, history, literature, visual culture, performance and social activism.

Cultural Competency in Healthcare

An international group set up to conduct a systematic literature review on cultural competency in medicine and healthcare education, entitled A critical review of cultural competence frameworks and models in medical and health professional education.

Cultural Geo-Analytics Lab

The lab leverages geographic data science to investigate the dynamics of cultural institutions, industries, and audiences, revealing insights into where and how culture is created, accessed, and experienced.
