Gym Fundamentals is designed for those who may be hesitant to start using a gym, or would like guidance on how to structure a workout.
Each week our Fitness Instructor will take participants through a short induction, warm up and workout. Workouts will rotate on cycle of cardio, strength and mobility.
Only available to residents with a gym on site. Exceptions for Vauxhall and City residents who have access to SSA gym.
