Move Your Mind aims to promote improved physical and mental health to the King's Community; offering classes, courses and exclusive events that focus on the connection between 'mind' with 'body' and therefore improve overall health and wellbeing.
The Active Wellness Scheme is an initiative to help anyone within the King’s Community who suffers from any mental or physical health issues through the use of exercise therapy.
