King’s Sport & Wellness Team Performance Programme

From 25/26, King’s Sport & Wellness will be offering enhanced support to KCLSU Sport Clubs through our Performance Team to help develop and elevate team performance. 

All teams are welcome to apply for support. However, priority will be given to Premiership and Division 1 teams, as well as clubs that have demonstrated strong recent performance. 

If your team is interested in applying, please speak to your Club Captain. They can get in touch with the Performance Sport Team.

As part of the Team Performance Programme (TPP), you’ll have the following benefits:  

  1. Access to world-class facilities including our Sport & Wellness Centre, Waterloo Gym as well as our two campus gyms at London Bridge and Strand at a discounted rate.  

  2. Benefit from tailored Team Strength & Conditioning Sessions, including regular programme check-ins and support from our Coaches and Student Trainers.   

  3. Enhance your preparation and recovery with sport science testing and the chance to take part in cutting-edge SEMS research projects.  

  4. Support your performance with dedicated team physiotherapy and injury prevention sessions, including physio-led pilates, post-match recovery, educational workshops, and taping support – all designed to keep you performing at your best.  

  5. Personalised team workshops to aid performance and support with areas such as nutrition, psychology, physiotherapy.   

  6. Employability opportunities from Add-Victor. Digital platform for high-achieving athletes working with ambitious companies that value the soft-skills developed through sport.
