Bespoke Events & Promotions

Target students in a particular faculty, build your relationship with academics and King's stakeholders or make an impact with tailor-made activities and promotions.

King's College London provides a range of bespoke opportunities to engage, including advice and consultancy on designing your own activity either here on campus or at another location in the UK or worldwide.

If you're unsure of which activity might be most useful to your organisation, please get in touch to discuss your needs.

Employer 'Spotlight' Promotions

Make an impact and showcase your brand or opportunities with tailor-made events across our main campuses - from coffee drop-ins to large-scale installations, our team can help deliver your vision.

We can provide a number of options - both indoors and outside - at either our Guy's, Strand or Waterloo Campuses depending on your requirements and target audience(s).

These high footfall areas allow you to create your own bespoke events - large installations, coffee carts, interactive games, gyroscopes, even giant elephants - we've seen it all!

An informal, yet bold way to meet with students discoving the options available to them, as well as those focusing their ideas who may have in-depth knowledge about your organisation, our spaces allow you to get creative and deliver visually-impactful events.

If you are interested in delivering a promotional event please submit a booking request form and we will be in touch to discuss your planned activity.

Faculty Engagement

Target students in a particular faculty, build your relationship with academics and King's stakeholders and embed your delivery into our academic curricula. We run guest lectures, skills workshops and seminars, alumni speed meets and business games. Some are open to all students, others may be restricted to specific groups or cohorts, or embeded into their curriculum.
