- Who's it best suited to? Any organisation with existing schemes looking to promote to King's students.
Through philanthropic funding, undergraduate students studying accounting, finance and management in King's Business School are encouraged to undertake fully-supported international internships in global cities such as New York City, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Brussels.
We will support employers with existing paid opportunities (that they are willing to ringfence) with advertising, shortlisting and equipping students with financing for visas, accommodation, flights and associated costs.

Support students gain academic credit for their meaningful work experiences with our Accredited Internships Programme and Global Placements support for industry placements.
- Who's it best suited to? Public and private sector organisations with capacity to host a student for at least120 hours on an accredited programme or a full year industrial placement.
Increasing numbers of students have the potential to undertake an Accredited Internship module as part of their undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes.
We're keen to work with employers who may be interested in hosting students for short periods.
NOTE: Whilst we actively encourage payment for all our students, opportunities on the Accredited Internship Programme are exempt from national minimum wages legislation.

Since 2021, we have matched PhD researchers to work with Peers in the House of Lords for the academic year, enabling them to grow their research skills whilst supporting the passage of Parliamentary processes.
Undergraduate students studying Chemistry, Informatics, Management and Economics have the opportunity to undertake an industry placement or year in professional placement as part of their programmes

Programming On Pause
Our Access programming is currently on hold whilst we rebuild our physical capacity and staffing resource to enable us to successfully partner with employers in 2023. We are unable to support employers keen to explore our Insights programming at this present time.
Our Access programming opens doors for students from under-represented backgrounds in higher education and seeks to address noted awarding gaps amongst our student population.
We support partner employers from the design stage to embed inclusive recruitment practicesm empoweing your organiation to access diverse talent and ensure you are equipped with the latest research and methods on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
This progrmming has been developed to support King's Access and Participation Plan 2020/21-2024/25, approved by the Office for Students to enhance King's commitment to widening participation.
All internships supported through our Access programmes are paid at least London Living Wage.
Funding may be available to interested organisations for both our Advance and Springboard schemes if you meet the criteria outlined below.

Springboard and Advance is our widening participation programme for students in groups under-represented at King’s, such as Black, Asian and Diverse Heritage, and those that have self-reported a disability.

We support colleagues across King's College London and King's Health Partners to understand how to recruit from our own student population, either for fixed internships to support their learning gain or for structured graduate internships.
Our team have supported recruitment of many opportunities including Inclusive Careers Education Ambassadors, the King's 100 student panel and internships for King's Entrepreneurship Institute.
