Our team collaborate and partner with organisations across the world, using specialist knowledge across a range of industries to assist organisations in reaching our world-class students and graduates.

We are dedicated to understanding your specific recruitment needs, working with you to build a customised strategy for engagement at King's. 

  • Our industry-aligned Employer Relations & Development team will oversee your relationship and help build your campaign, working with a named account manager if your organisation falls into our target clusters.
  • Our Events & Experiential Learning team oversee the delivery of our core events, including careers fairs, presentations and skills activities and will help to coordinate and implement your activity.
  • Our King's Internships team can help you engage directly with one of our four internships programmes
  • Our Global Placements team provides links to faculty, developing year-in-industry placement opportunities for students in King's Business School and the Faculty of Natural & Mathematical Sciences.

Andrew leads the strategic planning, development and oversight of a portfolio of employer engagement functions spanning across King's, including oversight of all employer relations and business development, events and internships in the UK and internationally, together with growing areas of experiential learning and student placements.

Additionally, as Employer, Industry & Higher Education Institution Relations Service Lead across King's, he chairs the Employer, Industry & HEI Relations Service Management Group, focussing on supporting internal stakeholders and academic colleagues to deliver world-class partnerships with external partners including developing King's strategy and associated infrastructure for relations with industry and other higher education institutions globally.

Working with a variety of organisations, industry bodies and stakeholders he ensures our partners are kept abreast of news and developments and that King's remains a top target for employers around the world.  He sits on a number of King's committees, including the King's Local Partners Oversight Group and is Co-Chair of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) Employer Engagement Task Group and inaugural chair of the Russell Group Employer Engagement Heads Forum.

Andrew has extensive knowledge of key international markets including China and Europe, with a specialist interest in careers and entry-level recruitment in North America, where he has worked in numerous cities. He studied a PGCert in Teaching & Learning in Higher Education from the University of London, and regularly delivers on our Future Advantage series for current students, including specialist workshops for students from China, India, the United States and Europe.

Phil oversees our core relationships with employers and is responsible for business development and account management in the UK and internationally.

He also looks after our recruitment and advertising services including the King's CareerConnect vacancy board, targeted emails and sponsorship as well as managing employer input to our Future Advantage workshops and leads our development of services in China.
